AVOID.
Used the Just Eat app for the first time tonight. Delivery time was 70 mins + . Called the pub when it was late and was told it had been cancelled because the driver couldn't get to my house ..it was snowing slightly.
Other cars manage the hill buy manager was rude and lied about calling me several times..zero calls on my phone.
Extreamly rude manager gave no appplogy just clearly can't run his business

What an amazing night at the castell-y-bwch having been badly let down by our first booking - went to castell y bwch - got table straight away although the amazing waitress deylith was rushed off her feet , food was amazing and presented well and fantastic service . Highly recommend 🥰

On arrival greeted with a friendly face and a lovely log burning fire 🔥, so cosy, both had beef lasagne side salad and garlic bread , really tasty and filling, just what you want on a cold winters day 😋, well done to all , very reasonable price as well

Limited menu , not advised of meals off menu , waitress as helpful as she could be, quite a wait for food, but when arrived it was tasty and hot.

Absolutely beautiful food , very friendly staff and a really good atmosphere. Asked for something different than chips and the chef did it for me The mashed potato was delicious as was the gammon,my friend had cod and chips and he can moan for Wales 🏴 and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The waitress even though very busy was very professional and friendly. Given that and the beautiful surroundings. Also great if you have children as there is a lot for them to do ,and they welcome families. Also a good selection of drinks.

Popped in for a drink haven't been before,what a lovely place,sat outside to a beautiful view.
Ideal if you have children as there is 2 separate play areas that are all enclosed.
Little gem defo go back and try the food.

My wife and I visited for a Sunday roast as we'd heard good things. We weren't disappointed! The food here was lovely, I had the beef, my wife had chicken.
The portion sizes were really generous and it was cooked exactly how we like a roast to be. Really appreciate the veg being served to the side - the mash in particular was lovely!
Had a Ferrero Rocher Cheescake for desert - absolute perfection.
Everyone at Castell-y-Bwch was really attentive to us during our visit and we both felt very welcome. We'll be visiting again for sure!

My husband and I went here last night for a meal.The food was really good,I had steak and Guinness pie which was home made omg it was delicious full of meat and lots of gravy my husband had hunters chicken which was very tasty.we will certainly be coming back.

Lovely roast lamb, good portion size.
Service was really good but atmosphere was very quiet for midday on a Sunday.
Cauliflower cheese was a stand-out.

Attended a wake on a very busy Friday evening at the castell, the staff were excellent and quick with service and the hot buffet they provided was great, they even provided boxes to take away or in the chefs words “put something aside for after a drink”. So friendly and down to earth would highly recommend.

Pub is fine the best bit is the view from the beer garden outside and the down side is if you are having food on the decking the staff can't bring your food too you. But they will let you know when it's done and you go and pick it up inside so food can be a bit cold
